關於訂單｜About Orders
- 國際配送範圍為香港、澳門、新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼、日本、紐西蘭、荷蘭。(因關稅新政策及國際物流暫停運送，美國地區暫時停止銷售。)
- 國際專區海外各地區運費以及運送天數請詳見下表，且恕不適用任何免運優惠！
- 國際專區訂單金額僅包含商品及運費，若有進口關稅或其它費用產生，需由國外收件人自行支付。
- 訂單成立後恕不接受商品品項、數量更換及寄送資訊修改。
- 因無法收件遭寄達國退件者，恕不提供退貨領回。
- 國際運送僅接受信用卡付款。(針對美國國際快遞表上的偏遠地區暫不受理，敬請確認後再下單。)
- International shipping regions including : Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, and Netherlands.(We are currently unable to provide international shipping to the United States due to recent U.S. tariff policies and suspended logistics services.)
- "Free Shipping" is not available for overseas orders. Please check below "About Packaging" for shipping areas & charges.
- Payment only includes purchased items and shipping fees. Recipient may need to pay import tariffs or other overseas local charges.
- We do not accept changes of items, quantity, and delivery information once the Purchase Order is confirmed.
- No return and refund service for overseas orders.
- Please use Visa, MasterCard for overseas orders. (International shipping is not available for remote areas in the US. Please check your shipping area before placing an order.)
關於包裝｜About Packaging
- 商品統一以6入、12入紙箱包裝運送，下單時請參考成箱數量，避免因多餘晃動空間影響商品完整性。
- 國際專區每單以1箱/12袋為限，超過此數量還請另下新單。
- Products will be packed in customized carton for 6 bags or 12 bags.
- The maximum number of each overseas order is 12 bags (1 carton). Please place another order if you exceed the limit of 12 bags.
關於運送 | About Shipment
- 訂單完成付款後2-3工作天始得寄出，預購商品不在此限，寄送天數不含驗關時間。
- 國際專區商品運送時間將依據物流業者實際狀況為主。
- Shipment will be arranged within 2 ~ 3 working days after full payment is received, not including pre-order items. Overseas delivery period will not include weekends, national and public holidays, and custom clearance.
- Overseas delivery may vary due to courier's shipping arrangement, weather, natural disaster or major festival celebrations.
